HumanGPT collects only essential data to function properly:
- User IDs: Required for /afk command
- Channel IDs: Required for /welcome command
No messages, DMs, passwords, payments, or private data are collected.
3. Bot Message Logging
Only messages generated by the bot are stored for moderation and security:
- User messages are never stored or used for AI training.
- Stored bot messages are accessible only to authorized admins.
- Data is stored securely in JSON files and periodically deleted.
- No messages are shared, sold, or used for advertising.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
Collected data is used solely to:
- Execute bot commands
- Store server configurations (welcome messages, AFK data)
- Improve bot features and user experience
No user data is shared with AI providers; API keys are used internally.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
- No user data is sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
- Information may be disclosed if required by law.
- Hosting providers (Pterodactyl, Groq API) do not access user content.
6. User Rights
- Data Deletion: Users or server owners can request deletion via email or Discord.
- Self-Service: Server owners can reset AFK or welcome settings via bot commands.
7. Data Security
- Data is stored securely in JSON files.
- Server communications use HTTPS.
- Only authorized admins have access to bot messages.
- HumanGPT usage is at your own risk; no system is fully secure.
8. Policy Updates
- We may update this Policy at any time without notice.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
- Violations may result in permanent access removal.
