Terms of Service – HumanGPT Discord Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting HumanGPT to your Discord server or interacting with HumanGPT in any way (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use HumanGPT.

2. Definitions

• HumanGPT, we, our, us: refers to the HumanGPT bot and its owner/developer Muhammad Asim.
• User, you, your: refers to anyone using the bot.
• Services: all features, commands, websites, and software connected to HumanGPT.

3. Compliance with Discord Rules

• You must follow all Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using HumanGPT.
• HumanGPT follows Discord’s age requirement of 13+. Users under 13 may not use the Services.
• Any violation of Discord rules will also be considered a violation of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, damage, or disrupt HumanGPT.
• Copying, redistributing, reselling, claiming ownership of, or reverse engineering HumanGPT.
• Using HumanGPT to harass, raid, spam, bully, or harm any individual or community.
• Hosting HumanGPT in servers that break Discord policies, including illegal activity, hate content, harassment, scams, self-harm encouragement, or underage servers.
• Attempting to remove copyright notices, branding, or identity from HumanGPT.

5. Data Use and Accountability

• HumanGPT stores only minimal data (user IDs & channel IDs) required for bot functions.
• Users agree not to misuse stored data or attempt to access JSON or internal bot files.

6. No Warranty / Service Availability

• HumanGPT is provided “as is” and may experience downtime, maintenance, or bugs.
• We do not guarantee uptime, feature availability, accuracy of response, or future support.

7. Termination Rights

HumanGPT may remove access to servers or users without notice if:

• Terms are breached
• Discord rules broken
• Legal issues exist
• Evidence of malicious activity

We reserve the right to:

• Blacklist servers
• Disable bot access
• Deny support

8. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, ideas, features, and bot functions are owned by Muhammad Asim. You may not copy bot code, rebrand HumanGPT, create clones, claim ownership, or host leaked copies.

9. Liability Limitation

HumanGPT and its owner are not responsible for:

• Lost data
• Damages
• Banned accounts
• Discord moderation actions
• Server shutdowns
• Emotional or financial harm
• Incorrect information generated

Users use the bot at their own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without notification. Continued use of HumanGPT equals acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow Discord policies and global general online standards.
